WHILE ON THE ROAD THE EMPLOYEE WAS AT A STOP WHICH WAS ON A INCLINE. AFTER THE DELIVERY UPON RETURNING TO THE VEHICLE THE EMPLOYEE TRIED TO OPEN THE DOOR WHICH STARTED TO SLIDE OPEN FAST AND RESULTED IN JERKING HIS LEFT ARM AND SHOULDER.
