What happened
Employee bumped a pallet of product with the forklift causing the forklift impact recognition software to shut the lift down. The lift was in a tight spot between 2 stacks of palletized product the employee tried to climb out of the lift through the rear of the lift twisting his back in an odd way. Employee then sat back down and utilized his radio for assistance.
