WHILE MAKING A DELIVERY AND GETTING A 50 LBS PACKAGE FROM THE BACK OF THE VEHICLE (RENTAL VAN) EMPLOYEE FELT A PULL IN HIS LOWER BACK. THIS HAPPENED AT THE END OF HIS SHIFT WHEN HE RETURNED TO THE STATION HE NOTIFIED MANAGEMENT AND DECLINED MEDICAL ATTENTION. HE ASKED FOR THE NEXT TWO DAYS OFF TO REST HIS BACK. ON [REDACTED] EMPLOYEE WANTED TO SEE A DOCTOR SINCE HIS BACK WAS STILL HURTING.
