EMPLOYEE WAS WALKING UP TO MAKE A DELIVERY ONTO THE PORCH OF A HOUSE. WHILE WALKING A DOG CAME UP AND BIT HIM ON THE LEFT LEG CAUSING HIM TO FALL. WHILE FALLING HE USED HIS LEFT HAND TO CATCH HIMSELF CAUSING HIS LEFT WRIST TO SPRAIN.
