Driving a forklift backwards.
What happened
Worker had severe pain in her shoulder every time she had to drive backwards causing her to turn her shoulder back.
Injury or illness
The final determination after seeking further treatment was severe arthritis. This employee is in the care of an orthopedic. We had a fit for duty done for her and she has been determined not fit for her job. She cannot return until released from her dr full duty. If restrictions we will file ADA paperwork for her.
