What happened
found the resident lying on the floor by his door then got on the radio to call for help. Another employee came to help. A lift was not able to get into the room because the resident was to close to the door the employees attempted to pick the resident up the second employee helping went to get the gait belt. On the second attempt the two employees got the resident to his wheel chair
