What happened
EMPLOYEE BACKED UP TO THE RAMP AT A CUSTOMER LOCATION TO GET PACKAGES. THE PACKAGES WERE LOADED ONTO A CART AND THE EMPLOYEE BEGAN PUSHING THE CART DOWN THE RAMP. AT THAT POINT THE EMPLOYEE LOST CONTROL OF THE CART AND SAW WHERE THEY COULD BE CRUSHED BETWEEN THE CART AND FEDEX TRUCK. THE EMPLOYEE TWISTED OUT OF THE WAY AT THE LAST MOMENT BUT THEIR FOREARM STILL TOOK THE BRUNT OF THE IMPACT.
