EMPLOYEE WAS DELIVERING TO A RESIDENCE WHEN A DOG CAME AROUND THE CORNER OF THE HOUSE. SHE AT FIRST STARTED TO BACK AWAY SLOWLY BUT THE DOG BEGAN TO CHARGE HER AND SHE TURN AROUND TO RUN. WHEN RUNNING AWAY SHE FELL AND BROKE HER LEFT LOWER ARM AND CHIPPED A BONE IN HER WRIST.
