TEAM MEMBER WENT TO USE THE RESTROOM ONE OF THE STALL DOORS WAS BROKEN AND AS SHE OPENS THE DOOR IT CAME LOOSE AND STRUCK HER ON HER FOREHEAD. SHE STATED THE INJURY DID NOT AFFECT HER UNTIL THE [REDACTED] SHE FELT A THROBBING PAIN SO SHE CALLED HER MANAGER THEM SEEK MEDICAL ATTENTION.
