EMPLOYEE STATED THAT HE WAS OFFLOADING AROUND [REDACTED] WHEN HE LIFTED A SUITCASE AND IT DID NOT MAKE THE BELT FELL AND HIT HIS KNEE. STATED THAT HE DID NOT FEEL IT BUT WHEN WOKE UP HIS KNEE WAS SWOLLEN.
