What happened
[REDACTED] was pulling the orange gate out from behind the cooler in [REDACTED] so she could close down the wall. When she lifted the gate due to a messed up wheel she felt immediate pain in her neck on teh right side and then the pain shot down from her neck to her arm. The pain stopped quickly and she went about her job duties thinking it was not a big deal and it wouldn t affect her any further. The [REDACTED] she woke up and she was so sore she could barely move her arm this is when she realized the sharp pain she felt was not nothing .
