What happened
EE was walking to grab beer nets for two EE s in the meat department when she was walking the State Health and Food Inspector thru the store. The two EE s in meat forgot to put on beard guards after their break. She went into the bloom box to walk out of the meat area and slipped on the floor that we have told the maintenance crew time and time again is too slippery and not being cleaned properly. She went down in a way that her body went one way and her foot went the other way causing her foot or ankle to make a popping sound and she was not able to get up on her own or put any pressure on the joint.
