Before the incident
Other: EMPTYING GARBAGE CANS Grasping Squeezing
What happened
[REDACTED] was emptying the garbage can and grabbed the bag of garbage underneath. Someone had dumped glass into the can liner first thing so when he grabbed the liner to empty the can he had used his hand to help assist getting the liner out of the can. While doing so the broken glass made its way to the bottom of the bag and caused his left pointer finger to get stabbed by the broken pickle jar remnits. We are speaking to all EE s about the proper disposal of broken glass so this does not continue to happen to other EE s when they take out the garbage from the cans.
