What happened
While [REDACTED] was pulling on the barrel shaft and [REDACTED] was pushing on the barrel shafts on the cart to move it to the pickup area something happened which caused the barrels to slide forward toward [REDACTED] enough to cause the barrels to teeter of the front and fall off the cart to the ground. [REDACTED] attempted to get clear of the falling product but was unable to get his right foot out of the way before the barrel shaft impacted his right foot in the metatarsal area.
