The employee was performing his normal job duties as a wrapper on the [REDACTED]line back rack. Employees transfer windows from the back rack to the wrapper where the wrapper wraps the windows with protective film.
What happened
The employee was performing his normal job duties as a wrapper on the [REDACTED] back rack. The employee became red faced eyes glazed over and fainted where they fell backwards into the back rack on the [REDACTED]. Immediately after first responders were called to the scene and 911-EMS was called. After further investigation it was discovered the EE was flexing their muscles with fellow employees which caused the incident of becoming light-headed to occur.
