Before the incident
[REDACTED] was moving a guard under the #2 dryer stacker incline when one side of the guard slipped out of his hand and slid down this L leg. The team member refused first aid care and outside medical. He simply wanted to report the incident. Team member requested evaluation [REDACTED] due to discomfort on L shin (no initial discomfort on DOI). Diagnosis was a contusion and EE was returned to work.
