Before the incident
EE and a fellow employee were attempting to lift a large pre-mull laminate window between the back rack and the wrapper on the 5400 line.
What happened
While performing the team lift the cardboard protective covering (installed around the entirety of the window) tore ripped at the pre-slotted tear-off point(s) causing the heavy window to slip from EE 's grasp. When the window slipped EE 's natural reaction was to try and catch the window and prevent it from falling towards a couple employees. When EE attempted to prevent it from falling over the weight of the window pulled EE 's right shoulder with a force strong enough to dislocate it.
