The employee was tasked with acquiring a partially filled glass hopper with the forklift. EE was to take the glass hopper with the forklift and take it to the outside glass waste trailer and dump it. Once dumped the employee would return the empty glass hopper to its previous position.

Employee was taking a glass dumpster out to the main glass dump trailer; when EE lifted the dumpster with the PIT EE had to use a fabricated push stick to get it to dump and EE strained their left shoulder. The glass dumpsters usually dump on their own due to the weight in them but this particular dumpster was not completely full causing it to not dump on its own. That is when the employee used the fabricated push stick to assist the dumping process but strained their shoulder in the process
