[REDACTED] stepped up on a skid of boxes and reached for the box of wipes from the top shelf. [REDACTED] then stepped down from the boxes and felt something pull in her left knee. Ip then went down to breakroom to sit down but when going down the steps to the breakroom the [REDACTED] started to feel pain in front of her left knee also.
