[REDACTED] was doing a change over wrenching and working around hot die. [REDACTED] finished change over and started to cramp up got real sweaty went into supervisors office and laid down. Applied cool moist towels to the head and neck areas and put them on his back and arms as well. [REDACTED] felt better after some time [REDACTED] started to cramp again and that 's when Supervisor called [REDACTED] and sent him to emergency room.
