Associate approached supervisor [REDACTED] saying he has back problem and he stated that he hurt it at work [REDACTED] on [REDACTED] or [REDACTED]. On [REDACTED] after work he went home and his feet felt numb. On [REDACTED] he came to work and went home with his back hurting. so this is what he told me. I do not know why he waited until [REDACTED] to tell me this so I ask him if he is okay to work at final pack he said he is fine. I told him since he is fine I will leave him at final pack and I just wanted you to know. He said he is going to go see a doctor later after work and I ask him update us later
