Associate was changing out spools of wire on the braiding machine Spools that have minimal length remaining need to have excess wire removed The associate was unwinding the remaining length too quickly and was not paying attention That is when the wire caught the tip of his thumb and cut through his nitrile glove into the skin leaving a 1 inch long cut
