Trying to get conveyer belt unstuck. Conveyer was not moving due to jam.
What happened
njured employee reached in to pull the conveyer belt in order to get it moving. Conveyer moved and pulled his fingers into the roller and crushed them in between the belt and the conveyer roller.
Injury or illness
Caught the middle finger and the ring finger on the left hand. Ring finger was most affected resulting in a fracture.
