Employee cut the pallet wrap on the upper row of a 63 high pallet stacked 3 rows high of 70 TVs when three TVs fell off the other side. Employee walked to the opposite side to pick up the fallen TVs and a 4th 70 TV box fell and struck the employee in the top of the head.
