Team member was driving a standup tugger the tugger hit a piece of wood causing the wheel to turn sharply to the left This motion turn fast and the team memeber was thrown from the vehicle tossing the glasses off and then struck their right leg then hands were extended to catch themselves they then hit their forehead on the concrete Then they laid there for a few minutes do feelling the wind was knocked out of them employee got up got back on the tugger and came back and immediatly report to the Manager on site
