Team Leader had a previous non work related injury that resulted in time off of work for surgery The team leader went through the surgery and was cleared for work by a medical doctor with no restrictions The team leader mentioned discomfort in the effected area [REDACTED] about this but said they were not sure if it was work related or from lifting weights in the gym They also stated that it may just be muscle soreness and that they are ok At this point in time I advised the team leader not to lift push or pull anything heavy which is not in their normal job description [REDACTED] the team leader was pushing and pulling a pallet jack around I again advised them against the activity Roughly [REDACTED] they came up to me and said that they think their previous injury had be reaggravated I have sent the team leader over to MedCore for evaluation
