What happened
As employee was exiting the mole sieve bottle manway he twisted at the waist while his feet were on the ground. Employee felt a “pop” in his right knee.
Injury or illness
Injury to RT knee. After several follow-up visits to Occ-Med clinic employee was referred to a specialist and was notified 10-25-23 that surgery was needed to repair small tear of medial meniscus in RT knee. Became recordable only after surgery on December 4th 2023.
