What happened
Was about to perform a creatinine test at the puff area on a pt blood sample. When pressing the needle through the green top I am unsure how far it punctured but as I was applying pressure to the needle it slipped out and poked my left middle finger. I am unsure if any blood had contacted the needle but the green top did show a punture.
