ON A LADDER TO UNFASTEN AN AWNING FROM THE BUILDING
What happened
was up on ladder unfastening awning from the building. [REDACTED] stated that he had supports under the awning but when it came loose from the building it came towards the ladder and hooked the ladder causing him to fall off of the ladder and overturning the ladder. fell on to asphalt and ground [REDACTED] stated his head struck the asphalt surface. He stated that he was able to get up and then came into the ED.
