Employee reported pain in their right shoulder down to the right wrist and fingers They expressed that they had been experiencing some pain in the shoulder for a while but after returning to work from an extended holiday vacation they found the pain to be significantly increased The employee received an Ortholive evaluation and after multiple followups it was determined that imaging of the shoulder would be required Imaging and medical evaluation revealed a right rotator cuff tear as well as bilateral CTS Employee was put on restrictive duty until an appropriate medical solution is established
