What happened
During one of my sealups I had to dig out a low front bay window that had lots of rocks and acorns underneath it. Well making the trench I lean down to reach towards the back to fill in a gap when I felt something lodge in the side of my rib cage that went deep enough to irritate the muscle. I drove back rubbing the area to find it in pain. Since then there is a constant pain that stays lingering especially whenever I bend or twist my hip.
