The Technician left the loading dock and walked to drop off order work numbers to the Technicians operation the [REDACTED] oven.
What happened
Technician was walking through the Rollup Doors going to the [REDACTED]. As the Tech exited the second roll door there was a puddle of water condensation on the floor. The water condensation was from the above pipes. The technician unaware of the water puddle slipped and fell fracturing their [REDACTED].
