At [REDACTED] on [REDACTED] [REDACTED] notified [REDACTED] that she hit the top of her head on the rack while coming out a pick slot After investigation we discovered that the slot was 6321201 in the Dry department She stated that she was trying to reach cases that were in the back of the pick slot and when she came out she raised up too early and hit the top of her head on the rack She mentioned feeling dizzy and lightheaded After calling the nurse line they recommended she go to the ER as soon as possible
