Accident Description I had a trip with 37 cases of beef boxes on my B pallet I stacked 25 on my B Pallet 12 on my C pallet While I was doing so I felt a sting in my back on lower left side I kept pulling my order and my back got worse as I kept stacking my trip I felt that sting as I put one 78lbs box over my head on top of my CPallet I also had more things to put on top of both pallets [REDACTED] was selecting in slot 4824201 in the cooler section at [REDACTED] He was asked to get 37 cases of Beef on one pallet This caused his pallet to reach upwards of 75 ft tall in which he had to split the pallet in half and distribute the rest of it onto two seperate pallets While selecting he felt a pain in his back that twitched and he worked through the rest of his order After he was finished he came to the cooler office to notify management Light stretching and an ice pack was given to [REDACTED] for his sprain before calling [REDACTED] [REDACTED] recommended the employee go home and Ice his i
