[REDACTED] came to the office at [REDACTED] on [REDACTED] and mentioned his back was hurting from reaching and lifting cases on the second level in [REDACTED] of the freezer He did not have a pick stick so he tried to pull several cases that were in the middle of the pallet towards him in order to select a case While doing this he felt a sharp pain in the lower left side of his back He felt at the time of the incident that it was not that bad so he finished his order When he woke up [REDACTED] it felt much worse and he decided he needed to see a doctor After calling the nurse line they recommended he should go to Concentra first [REDACTED] [REDACTED]
