On [REDACTED] at [REDACTED] [REDACTED] took a load of trash to the freezer dock dumpster because republic services was emptying the dumpster on the dry side of the building [REDACTED] maneuvered her dumpster into the freezer side enclosure and stepped backwards off the platform of the pallet jack She partially stepped on an empty pallet which caused her to loose her balance and fall backwards landing on her left arm
