Before the incident
using forklift to dump coiled aluminum material in bin getting it prep to be sheared
What happened
Employee dumped a pallet of coiled material into the bin. One of the coils slid off right in front of his forklift he drove forward without realizing the coil was there and the forklift busted the band holding the coil and when he backed up it unrolled or sprung open causes a whipping effect striking him in the back of the head.
