Working with other employees to remove existing glass mirror panes
What happened
IE was on the ground level while two employees were in aerial lift removing small existing panes of glass from building. Two employees in lift would remove the glass secure to glass racks on lift and lower the lift to the ground. IE was responsible for taking the glass from the glass racks of the lift once lowered to the ground and to place in dumpster. When IE went to lift the pane of the glass the glass broke and part of the broken glass fell and struck IE 's left forearm causing a laceration requiring 7 stitches.
