What happened
A contract employee was working on 16S removing parts from the PTO and cutting the tops off the raised feeder and the trim. As he was cutting the tops off he positioned his left hand to secure the raised feeder and used his right hand to cut through the part with a paring knife to remove the 2 lids on the feeder he was moving the paring knife in a circular motion the paring knife slipped his force momentum drove the knife into his left hand resulting in a laceration requiring stitches
