at 1820 [REDACTED] in the Receiving area the injured employee a forklift operator was driving an Order-Picker on aisle 505. According to a witness statement the injured employee saw some materials falling under the witnesss order-picker and offered to help get the items from underneath. And before moving her forklift or lowering it to the ground she stepped off the forklift from 2 feet off the ground and landed on her left foot resulting in her left knee giving out making her fall to the ground and hitting her left knee. At that point the employee could not stand up and help was called to the location. Because of the pain the employee was experiencing [REDACTED] was called and the decision to transport the employee to the hospital was made. She was admitted to the emergency area and diagnosed with a knee strain. She went home after that.
