A Key packer was working line 16M. She was loading scrap from the production process in the grinder that was near 16M. She had just thrown a piece of scrap ( medium size) in the chute on grinder 16M to be ground up. She bent over to pick up another piece of scrape into the grinder when she was struck by a piece of regrind that had been kicked back by the grinder flew out and hit the top of her head causing a minor laceration abrasion that required medical attention
