The [RE[REDACTED]CTED] grabbed the package and exited the van through the sliding side door. As the driver got out of the van they took about 3 steps away going toward the house. While walking they said their left kneecap made a loud popping sound and immediately bent over and held it. They noticed it began hurting very badly and called dispatch to report what happened. Dispatch then went out to her and took over the rest of her route and brought her back to the station. [RE[REDACTED]CTED] then called the on-call doctor and LMET to report the incident.
