A Contract employee was working on Press 5 moving parts from the take out conveyor to the tables to be trimmed. On the floor there was a pallet and a piece of cardboard that someone had put down to absorb the oil that had leaked from the press. He stepped across the pallet and stepped onto the cardboard on the floor the cardboard came out from under his foot he slipped and fell his head and neck struck the machine and the other parts of his body struck the pallet resulting in strain and contusions.
