What happened
Two operators were attempting to form a B panel at the CDC. When the operators were moving the panel from the rollers to the forming table the panel got away from them and started to slide off the forming table onto the floor. The operator the did not get injured stepped back at the point they realized they were not going to be able to stop the panel from hitting the floor. The operator that got injured stated they did attempt to move out of the way but was not able to do so fast enough. They had gloves on and suffered a laceration.
