What happened
EE was retrieving a stock door from the rack and placing the door in a cart. The door weighs 30lbs and the door has to be picked up vertically from the storage rack and placed into a cart. As the employee was turning to place the door into the cart the employee felt a pain in his lower back through the hamstring and to his knee. Employee reported being in a rush and not turning his whole body just his upper torso.
