Attempting to perform shaft reset during auto cut failure

Operator was attempting to perform a routine shaft reset on blown film extruder line J noticed an auto-cut failure had occurred. When the employee began pulling the roll shaft towards the cradle position it became stuck and fell out of its guide track pinching her left ring finger between the guide track and the shaft resulting in a laceration.
