What happened
Employee was working in the warehouse manuvering between rows of whiskey barrels that were staged on the floor. Employee hit his shin on the barrel head causing an injury to his leg. He was able to continue working using first aid to tend to the wound. Wound did not heal fast enough and incurred other subsequent hits to the shin resulting in the wound becoming infected.
