What happened
Two employees attempted to remove a part from the manipulator after it had been waxed. The insulator was stuck in the manipulator and when it freed it jerked out pulled the employee down and at the same time they bumped their side into the handle of the trolley. The employee immediately felt a severe burning pain and had to sit down.
