What happened
Using a handheld drill to drill holes in a new belt. The new belt was being drilled using a jig template. The same drill was then used to install bolts and was never switched out of direct drive mode (no torque clutch brake). When tightening a bolt the drill “grabbed” and twisted the employee’s right arm due to the direct drive mode.
