Before the incident
Per [REDACTED] With the help of an ECG tech on the other side of the bed we had help slide an inpatient over 220 pounds up in bed. I was on the left side of the patient as we were prepping the patient for a stress test. I felt a tug on my right elbow as we lifted and slid the patient up towards the head of the bed. I didn 't feel any right arm pain at the time. However I did feel mild discomfort in the area. My right arm discomfort grew into pain. This pain level increased from mild to moderate within the the [REDACTED] and then weeks especially when I am pulling heavy hospital doors to open. I have tried to self-treat it with Aleve [REDACTED] and tiger balm hoping that it will get better. There hasn 't been much improvement. Due to the little improvement I reported this to my supervisor. Event was reported to supervisor on [REDACTED] but [REDACTED] was not completed until [REDACTED] to inform EHS.
